Preparing your order
Each Bohomane order goes through real quality control:
- checking the finishes and proper functioning of the hair clips;
- individual packaging (small box or fabric bag);
- little surprise slipped into the package;
- tracking number sent by email as soon as the package leaves the workshop.
At reception
- Check your package upon receipt (condition of the box, contents, conformity).
- In the event of visible anomaly (damaged, opened package, missing or defective product), contact us within 48 working hours at hello@bohomane.com with your order number and photos.
- In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipment may be charged.
Shipping delay
The deadlines indicated are provided for information purposes only. In the event of an unusual delay on the carrier side, we will keep you informed by e-mail. In accordance with our general conditions of sale, no compensation can be requested for a delay attributable to the carrier.
