Yes, for credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay, payment is validated at the time of ordering. For payment in 3x or 4x, the conditions and schedule are specified by Oney before validation.
How do I know if my order has been registered?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the payment is accepted. You can also follow the status in your customer account (preparation, dispatch, shipping).
My payment was declined, what should I do?
Check your card limit, the information entered or try another payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay). If the problem persists, contact us via the contact page with your order number if you have one.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, if the option 3x or 4x Oney is offered to you at checkout (subject to acceptance of the file and an eligible amount, generally from €100).
Do you offer payment for shipping?
No, not for general public orders on the site. We favor payment methods that confirm the order immediately.
