Alma hair clips, French know-how!

We are back with a new article written especially for you!

As you have surely seen, Bohomane has released a new Made in France model. So cute!

These are the hair clips bow Alma, available in many colors, they are part of our favorite hair accessories at the end of the year!

We thought you might like to know a little more about their design...

A selection of precious fabrics made with love:

It's Camille, the creator of the Bohomane brand, who is responsible for the selection of fabrics herself in order to offer you only the best of the best!

When it comes to the colors chosen, Camille acts very much based on your favorite feeling!

However, she follows an analysis of trending colors to guide her in her research!

She then chooses, from these suppliers, the colors she likes!

The first three shades have been selected: black, brown and bronze! Then, new colors were added!

Perfect for the holidays, fir green, ecru, vermilion red as well as plum!

A French artisanal product made with passion:

These hair clips made in our Bordeaux workshop, are the result of French know-how!

Indeed, these gems are the trendy accessories of the moment. So how are these hair clips designed?

Always looking for new products, Camille, founder of the brand, wanted to diversify her collection for your greatest pleasure!

To do this, she carried out research and above all gave free rein to her desires!

The idea of creating pretty bows at Christmas time was obvious!

After strolling through various Bordeaux haberdasheries, she chose a range of fabrics including satin and velvet.

During the creation of the prototypes, different materials were tested in order to see the result that could be obtained, the different shapes, the hold of the fabrics...!

As satin does not produce the desired effect, smooth velvet was chosen!

Once the research part was finished, we had to move on to creating prototypes in order to obtain the desired shape!

That's when our super pattern maker/seamstress, Maude from the account @maude_basley_couture.

comes into play.

The latter therefore made them with the greatest care. Once validated, after a few tests, the model went into production!

The manufacturing part is therefore carried out by Maude and her team. Based in Bordeaux, they create with love and passion, our pretty accessories such as our scrunchies or again headbands !

Here are some photos of the different stages of manufacturing our pretty Alma bows!

The velvet strips are cut and assembled using a very special method!

However, we will not reveal this well-kept secret to you!

Once the bow is finished, the hair clip support is hand-sewn with a thread of the same shade as the bow fabric!

Hairstyles with the sublime Alma hair clip bow:

The hairstyles are so numerous. However, we are going to offer you a few to look splendid for the holidays or in everyday life!

-First, very simple, we take a large section of hair on the top of the head which we bring back and hold using the superb Alma hair clip! You're going to love it!

The ecru Alma hair clip bow so refined!

-Otherwise, we think about making a low ponytail and we position the hair clip just above, so as to hide the hair elastic! A variation can be made

with this time a half ponytail! We love it!

The fir green Alma hair clip bow perfect for the holidays!

  

-Also, you can bring your hair back into a splendid low bun and come to one of the sides or in the middle, clip the hair accessory! We are a fan of the elegant rendering!

The golden brown Alma hair clip bow for a chic look!

-For a change, why not create a crown braid and come to the back and delicately place the Alma hair clip bow!

To achieve this hairstyle, simply make an ear of corn braid on each side of the head.

Once above the ears, we continue braiding but this time without taking extra strands, just like a basic braid.

Then, we add at the end of each braid, two pins that we cross.

Finally, we cross the two braids at the back of the head and attach them with the pins. Be careful to tie each mat below the other so that you can't see anything!

To finish this look, we clip our hair clip just below to look the most beautiful at parties!
